Jeff came to my house to inspect the roof for damage after we began seeing tiles on the ground around our house. After a thorough inspection with photos he explained to me that it was evident that animals were trying to gain access through the roof when it gets cold. I asked for and received a quote from Jeff and he came out the following day and repaired the roof as the sun went done and into the darkness. After he was finished he took more photos to compare. We were to very satisfied with the work done and would recommend Summit Restoration to anyone.
I contracted with Summit to remove and replace my gutters. I was surprised when a crew of one arrived and started working. Well, he did it RIGHT, and in the 1 day promised, in spite of encountering a yellow jacket nest in the first gutter he pulled off!
These guys are pros. They did a complete tear off of a bad leaking flat roof including repair/replacement of water damaged framing and insulation, then a rebuild of a new and watertight roof. All in one day. They were fast and efficient.
Another thing I thought important to mention is never ever have I ever had work done in or around my house where it was left as clean as these guys left it. Impressive and very much appreciated! We are extremely happy given the outcome of the new roof and extremely lucky that we were able to get Summit Restoration to do the job! Thank you Summit.

I recently purchased a home that sorely needed exterior updating. The old, original by the builders, siding was worn and weathered and obviously needed updating. I contacted 3 companies for estimates. While the others were good, I felt most comfortable with Jeff, because he has the best presentation manner, offered suggestions and made recommendation, without trying to "steer" me into one thing or another. We want to thank you Summit Restoration. Summit took on months of talking with our insurance company to complete our entire roof. They had a crew here as soon as all was approved by insurance and completed this entire job in a timely manner. The clean-up was amazing, and the guys were very professional workers that worked hard until the job was done. Summit Restoration also rehung our gutters to make the house look amazing (our Historic District Neighborhood thanks you as well). Dean is an awesome person to work with and kept us up to date with everything we needed to know, and my husband and I appreciated everything he did for us.

I just wanted to give a big THANK YOU to Max and his team for the great job they did fixing our leaky roof! The roof leaked in the foyer which caused significant damage to the drywall in the room. Another company tried fixing it and failed. As soon as Max told us what he was going to do, we knew we could rest easy knowing that it would be fixed! They replaced some lumber and put a whole new roof on with ridge vent. It looks and works great!

Jeff at Summit Restoration is the kind of contractor that almost doesn't exist anymore. He came out to do some minor (but necessary) repairs on my roof before winter. Most other contractors wouldn't take my call. Jeff answered dozens of questions via e-mail, showed up promptly (10 minutes early!), did the requested work quickly, thoroughly, and completely, and then spent another 30 minutes going over everything he saw, noting some additional repairs he made that he noticed during the inspection, and advised me of problem areas I should watch out for over the coming years.
